Silver Support Package
From £5 per computer per month
(Minimum 4 computers)
- Support provided by email response within 3 working hours (normal office hours 8am-6pm)
- Remote Access Software used to provide live support if required
- Onsite support from £40 per hour
Gold Support Package
From £20 per computer per month
- Support provided by email response within 3 working hours (normal office hours 8am-6pm)
- Remote Access Software used to provide live support if required
- Next working day onsite visit if necessary
- Automatic file backups
- Monthly full system local backup
- Windows 11 and Office 365 updates
- 3rd party software updates (installation media must be provided)
- Monitoring of antivirus protection and monthly scans
Platinum Support Package
From £40 per computer per month
- Support provided by email response within 2 working hours (normal office hours 8am-6pm)
- Remote Access Software used to provide live support if required
- Same working day onsite visit if required
- Onsite visit each month to carry out:
- Full backup of email to searchable archive
- Full PC backup to external hard drive
- Automatic file backup
- Windows 11 and Office 365 updates
- 3rd party software updates (installation media must be provided)
- Monitoring of antivirus protection and monthly scans
